Every civilization has its own way of paying gratitude to the almighty for receiving a bounty Harvest every year. The western countries have marked 24th November as the day of Thanksgiving, wherein the idea of "sharing is caring" is amplified.
Scholars Global always belives in inculcating the culture of giving. The middle wing of the school dedicated the whole week as thanks giving week. Students engaged into various activities such as making gratitude tree, secret friends thanks giving, cards and bouquets. Students distributed the valuable articles to all the helpers in school, learning the value of thanking and pursuing the age old idea that our country solemnly believes in, that is ~ Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam " which translates as "the world is one family".

    Tricks to learn the tables

    Mathematics is the most beautiful and most powerful creation of the human spirit.
    Memorising times tables makes it quicker and easier for children to work out maths problems. Moving beyond using their fingers to work out answers, and to enable them to use their knowledge to quickly solve any multiplication questions, we at Scholars took the opportunity to conduct a workshop on "Tricks to Learn Tables” for Grade II and III as a part of Thursday Activity on 24 November, 2022 through a workshop where in students learned various tricks to write the tables and solve a variety of mathematical problems.

      DELTA 105

      “Knowledge comes with learning, skills comes with experience”

      Scholars Global School organised an enriching and fun filled trip to Camp Delta 105, Manesar for students of class IX & X. Delta 105 is an Army based theme park spread across 20 acres of green sprawling campus. This place gives a real Army training camp experience with all kinds of training grounds and dummy border war zones. The training ground included Grenade Range, Crawl Trench, Obstacle course, Firing Range, War zone, Zip line etc. All these activities were supervised by experienced retired army jawans and volunteers. These activities helped the students to endure physical fitness and inculcated the team work spirit among them. The war zone and dummy border set up helped students to understand the real experience of patriotism and importance of communication during such critical times. They also got abreast with the facts related to our National Flag. This trip was an out of the world experience for the students and they were enthralled and excited during the whole trip. The confidence, team work and sportsman spirit, that the camp boosted in the students was unmatchable.

        Spell Bee Competition

        The spelling bee is a unique educational activity that combines education,fun and competition. It is a great way to generate interest in spellings and to motivate students to succeed.
        With this aim in mind Scholars Global School organised Spell Bee Competition for Grade II-III . The competition was conducted club wise with great zeal and enthusiasm under the guidance of teachers. It helped to promote literacy by giving them forum to display their fruits of hard work.

          Adventure Camp

          “Be strong and courageous and do not be afraid of the adventures that comes in our way”

          To make our little scholarites courageous and strong Scholars Global school has organised an ‘Adventure Camp’ for Grade-II on 11th November 2022.

          The camp commenced with the students being briefed about the precautions to be taken during the camp and were then divided into smaller groups with the instructors. The children were welcomed by their group leaders and together everyone participated in a wide array of activities like Zipline, Commando crawl, Burma , Sport Climbing, Commando , Hop Scotch, Lazer beam, Magical maze,Balance beam ,Hippity hop race,Trampoline and many other activities.

          The amount of energy and enthusiasm exhibited by students was enthralling. It was a day filled with fun and the students returned with memories to be cherished.

            An Adventure Camp has been organized by Scholars Global School at Scholars Juniors (Sector-2 Bahadurgarh) to provide children with an exciting outdoor experience, where they will learn new life and leadership skills.

            The adventure camp was very well received by the students. They were encouraged to participate in sporting activities such as Sport climbing, zip line, magical maze, body zorb, Burma bridge, tyre climbing, double rope bridge, running bungee and a lot more.

            Many energizing games were organized and kids participated in all of them. Not only do these camps help children become great at socialising and making new friends, they even learn new skills. The benefits include enhancing leadership skills, building friendships and learning social skills.

            The students danced in the courtyard which was great fun and enjoyed by all. Children were bubbling with excitement and enthusiasm as they got a chance to be with their friends and teachers. The students actively took part in these various activities. It was a day full of learning and excitement. The day ended with a lively dance session with the teachers.

              Cooking without Fire

              'Cooking is a lot more than just food, it's family bonding time.'

              To develop the skill of non- flame dishes, Scholars Global School has organised Cooking without fire Activity on 10th November 2022 for Grade -II. The aim of the activity was to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent and explore new areas of interest. It was conducted with a view to create awareness about the nutritional value of food cooked without fire.Students prepared healthy dish Pinwheel Sandwich by following easy and quick steps.
              They served the dish in an artistic and aesthetic way.
              Students also learnt about hygiene like washing hands,using apron, covering hair using tissue paper etc during the activity .

                Keeping Wallace Stegner's striking remark on talent, Scholars Global has once again initiated various academies that are designed in a manner to tap on the potential talent of students.
                The academies such as, tie and dye, leadership and broadcasting, quilling, herbal gardening, cooking without fire, best out of waste and many more have aimed to inculcate the aesthetic values in students, encouraging them to enhance their art of creation and traverse their boundless talents.

                The inititative strives to add an element of fun and reinvigorate students focus to learn better and develop an undeterring zeal to become all rounders.

                  Hindi ke Rochak Tatva - Interesting Elements of Hindi

                  Hindi is the foundation of India. It fulfills our dreams and binds us together. We feel proud of it. Its essence cannot be put to words. Tracing its origin from Sanskrit, leading to Devanagri script today Hindi has been recognised as the official language of India. A new milestone was added when on 10th January 2006 was hailed as World Hindi Diwas. Carrying the legacy forward, Scholars Global School organized an activity on Interesting Facts on Hindi language on 3rd November by the students of Class 2-3. The students were full of enthusiasm and learnt about their native language Hindi. They also spoke their hearts on the topic. After the activity, the students attempted a worksheet. Conducted by Ms. Gunita and Ms. Deepa, this activity inculcated the appreciation of our language in our students.
