Special Assesmbly - Christmas Day

Every Thursday students of class-4 & 5 savour the Academies that provide a channel for reinforcing the lessons learned in the classroom, offering students the opportunity to apply academic skills in a real-world context through various concepts shared during the sessions.
Through 7 different Academies, students were made aware of notions. A quick brief of the same is as below:-

In global arts, students learnt about Abstract Art: On Sunrise to give the wings to their imagination, and on the other hand, in Bits & Bytes they learnt about making a table in Ms-Excel with functions like autofill, autosum, product, and average whereas in Cooking without Fire students learnt the recipe of Monaco Sev puri using easy available home ingredients.
In Shake Your Legs academy students learnt to perform ' teen taal namaskar toda ' and 'Dharti pranaam ' with lehra music track while in Talking Titans
they learnt how to speak confidently in public.
In Sa Re Ga Ma they learnt about Minor and Major chords and through Harmony they learnt about "Inner Peace" to find moments of calm and connect to their inner consciousness.

Christmas Craft 

" Works like glue. It keeps us all sticking together.”

Christmas is approaching, so to focus on the experience of crafting, and sharing that experience with friends & family, Christmas Craft Activity was conducted for the students of Grade 2 and 3 on 8th Dec' 2022. Students were demonstrated the craft making by their respective class teachers. They used beautiful glitter ?? sheets, leaves cut outs etc to make beautiful Christmas stocking. The happiness and joy of making craft was clearly visible on students’ faces. They all enjoyed the activity and were really excited to decorate their craft. Some of the glimpses are shared below to experience the activity and joy of students.

Carol Singing Activity

The singing of carols reminds us that God, in his love for us, sent his son to be one of us

Christmas carols are sung as they are a way of telling the story of the nativity and the birth of Jesus Christ. Carols also explain what happened around Jesus’s birth.
Christmas is just around the corner ,so keeping this in mind " Carol Singing Activity was conducted on 1st December 2022 for grade II & III as part of Thursday Activity.
Under the guidance of music teacher the students enjoyed listening and singing the Carols with tune. They seemed very enthusiastic during the activity and participated whole heartedly.
