“ The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said.”
A workshop was conducted on Behaviour - 'A way of communication' for our school students as well as students of HUB schools.
Communication encompasses a wide range of behaviors, including facial expressions, body language, and gestures. A smile can communicate friendliness and warmth, while crossed arms may indicate defensiveness or disagreement.
Today students have learnt that by adopting open and positive body language, maintaining eye contact, and actively listening, one can create an environment that encourages effective communication. The way we listen empathize, and support our loved ones through our behaviour, can convey affection and care but aggressive behavior can damage relationship and hinder effective communication.
